Meet Your Farmers

Our dahlia season is especially close to our hearts because these blooms come from our own little farm just outside Charlottesville, Virginia.
Floral Post began with two friends who believed flowers have the power to transform everyday moments. What started with a few hundred dahlia tubers has grown into rows of blooms we still plant, tend, and harvest by hand each season.
Dahlias are endlessly captivating, with intricate petals, rich color, and remarkable variety. No two blooms are exactly alike, and every harvest brings new combinations to enjoy. They demand patience, careful attention, and a willingness to work alongside the rhythms of the season, but the reward is always worth it.
Growing these flowers ourselves has only deepened our appreciation for the farmers we partner with around the world. Every bouquet reflects the same care, craftsmanship, and love of growing that inspired Floral Post from the very beginning. We hope these dahlias bring a little of that joy to your home.
